A global SaaS productivity platform partnered with 4Cast Agency to rebuild the integration between HubSpot, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and their proprietary application via Segment. The Challenge

The client was not receiving correct source attribution data in HubSpot because data was flowing into their product before being captured by HubSpot via the Forms API. This caused significant gaps in attribution reporting and made it difficult to evaluate marketing channel performance. Additionally, the existing integration lacked proper access management across platforms, creating operational and security inefficiencies.

The Solution

4Cast Agency reverse-engineered the existing data flow and re-architected the full integration through Segment and Google Cloud Platform. By restructuring how data was routed between the proprietary application, Segment, and HubSpot, the team ensured accurate and complete source attribution capture. The project also included the implementation of single sign-on (SSO) access management across connected applications and the buildout of a comprehensive attribution reporting framework within HubSpot.
